Department advisors, also known as faculty or major advisors, can answer questions related to your major or your minor.
You can meet with your 部门 advisor regarding the following:
- Major/Minor Course Requirement 建议
- Major/Minor Course Planning and Sequencing
- Graduation Review and Approval
- Petition Signing (May also need Associate Dean's 签名)
- Juniors and seniors will receive most of their advising from 部门 advisors.

Change of Major/Minor Request
If you are looking to change your major to or add a minor into a College of Social 科学 program, please make an appointment with a 部门 advisor in the prospective 部门.
